The Way I Create

There’s always a story.

When I’m taking photos or creating content, I’m always looking for the story.

Sometimes it’s in the details. Sometimes it’s a moment in time — the person in the place, having the experience, trying the product, and how it made them feel.

Because the best content doesn’t just show people what something looks like. It helps them imagine what it might feel like for them.

CONTENT PEOPLE ACTUALLY WANT TO WATCH Organic travel content, scripted, shot & edited by me.

Behind the Camera

Hi! I'm Melissa.

I’m a content creator, photographer, podcast host and former travel agent who is almost always planning the next adventure — usually in a color-coded spreadsheet.

I’m drawn to the details that make people care: the tiny local spot you almost walked past, the experience you’ll still talk about years later, or the product that genuinely makes life easier.

I bring that same curiosity to the content I create — and I’m always looking for the story worth telling.

Let's Work Together
  • I FIND THE STORY

I’m not showing up with one formula and forcing your brand into it. I look for the detail, problem, experience or moment that gives people a reason to care.

  • I THINK IN ASSETS

One shoot can become a lot more than one post. I’m always looking for opportunities to capture finished video, photography and versatile B-roll while I’m there.

  • I MAKE IT FOR PEOPLE

Polished doesn't have to mean impersonal. I create content that feels natural, useful and entertaining — because real people are the ones we're trying to reach.
