Returns

Because each piece is made to order, we’re not able to accept returns for general changes of mind or sizing preferences.

That said — if something feels off, we still want to hear from you. We’re a small business and we genuinely care about making sure you have a great experience.


Exchanges

If there’s a quality issue, we’re happy to send you a replacement — either the same item or something else of equal value.


Refunds

Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll let you know next steps.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
